Big skirts

The crinoline with whalebones were used to make the dresses of the women look bigger. In 1856 the whalebones were replaced by metal construction with metal hoops. The big skirt with bell form was contrasting with thin waist fastened with corset. The domed form of the crinoline in 50s was replaced by the pyramid form in 60s. Zuhair Murad show us  beautiful white dress from which it seems like gold is falling worn with black belt. Oscar de la Renta reveals us black and white dress with flounces and white dress with net elements and beautiful cloak again from net. Alexander Mcqueen show us grey dress from fur and Christian Dior present red and white pleated skirts with tailored jacket.
